"I made this work in response to the theme "Hidden", I wanted to show how people who experience menstruation live with it everyday and hide it. We are expected to thrive with it, act as though nothing is wrong, constantly being gaslit and judged when it comes to those issues and I wanted to show the bravery of those people."
