"In 2021, I embarked on the journey of living a sustainable life: being conscious of what I am buying and consuming. Through my work and lifestyle, I want to encourage and influence everyone to live consciously, building a healthy community. My intent behind this piece of work is to promote balanced and joyful eating habits by honouring hunger, cravings, and fullness by eating what feels good in the moment and stopping immediately after getting full and satisfied. Eventually, it’s all about the balance, for instance choosing a delicious pizza and a healthy rice bowl for a day’s meal plan. A lot of individuals ascertain that sustainable eating means staying away from their favourite meals and hence, is boring. This work of mine is an attempt in collapsing that notion. "
